    The fourth ＂Xinmiao Cup＂ Excellent course evaluation of young teachers

       In order to show the growth of teachers in their second year of employment and improve the teaching ability of new teachers, our school held a competition for high quality courses. Four young teachers, Qian Hongen, Jiang Liting, Chen Ying and Li Huanhuan, participated in the competition and presented four wonderful Chinese lessons.

    Qian Hongen is well organized and good at guiding students to think independently by raising questions one after another.



          


    After reading the text, Jiang Liting asked the students to post the hedgehog's action in the corresponding position, so as to investigate the students' understanding and mastery of the text, and fully mobilize the students' enthusiasm in class.


     


          Chen Ying attaches great importance to students' reading, so that students can understand the deep meaning of words and the emotion in the text through reading.


    Li Huanhan's teaching attitude is friendly and generous, her teaching design is full of creativity, and her design of teaching activities is rich.


     

    Four teachers showed their understanding of the text and mastery of the classroom through one class, which was unanimously affirmed by the judges. At the same time, the judges also put forward some suggestions for the participants. Through the experience of various competitions, young teachers can have more development opportunities, and gradually emerge.
