Under the globalization trend, in the context of constructing national area along the way, multilingual learning has is not only a language learning, but also culture behind the language and professional knowledge in the field of study, purpose is to let students grasp more international voice, go out and promote the national language, for international cooperation in the economic development of cultural fusion to cultivate international talents.
